What we collect

This site has no forms, no analytics and no cookies. If you email us, we receive your email address and what you write, and use them only to reply to you.

Why, and on what legal basis

Answering your email is a step you ask us to take, possibly before an agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not sell your data, share it for advertising or use it for anything else.

Who processes it for us

Processor	What it handles	Where
Cloudflare	Hosts the site. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and request data to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.	US company with a global network. Certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; data processing agreement with the Standard Contractual Clauses.
Hostinger	Hosts our mailbox, info@morethanops.pro.	EU company; its data processing agreement applies.

Cookies: none

This site sets no cookies and runs no scripts. Fonts are served from this site.

How long we keep it

We keep your emails for as long as we are in contact, and never more than 12 months after the last one unless you become a client.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of its use, a copy in a portable format, or object to its use (GDPR Arts. 15 to 22). Email info@morethanops.pro; we reply within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD: https://www.aepd.es.
